Had 2 car seats installed and both were incorrectly done. We realised when our baby was born and we tried to put him in the seats. Multiple problems that affected the safety of the seats were evident. We had to get another provider to fix. For example, one seat was so over tensioned a buckle on the seat snapped, tethers were incorrect, shoulder straps couldn't be loosened or tightened because they were caught underneath the seat, angle of each seat was incorrect.
