We start first with a mortar bed sloping the surface 1/4 inch per foot or 2% from the edge to the drain. We then use 4 alternating layers of liquid asphalt and perforated felt. Unproffesional The last time I called them, the gal called me at 10:30 at night to cancel the job I had scheduled for 3 days already. Very unprofessional in my opinion and will not use again. They went from Aplus work to D work in the matter of 2 years. Not the same as I remember.
Above my expectations! I am so impressed with the work that was done to our shower. All we wanted was to finally be rid of the stained, cracked floor we had to shower in. By the time the job was done, our entire shower looked brand new! We only had the shower pan replaced, but they did such a wonderfully professional job that it made the whole shower look like it was replaced. I'm just so pleased! Definitely above my expectations!
