I had a one-on-one session with Michael here. There is a lot of confusing information on the internet, but Michael explained the basics like body assessment and then gave advice on how to do exercises like squats, presses, benches and deadlifts correctly. It's been 2 months since I joined and I haven't felt this good in a long time. This is a place where you are taken seriously and you can feel how passionate everyone is about getting real results. I feel that I have found my safe space.

Fulcrum is an amazing place for Olympic weightlifting and general strength training. The coaches here have experience with all kinds of athletes from different backgrounds. It doesn’t matter if you’re starting out or an advanced athlete, this place is for everyone! The community here is very welcoming and you always learn something new (not just limited to fitness). If you’re thinking about strength training but are afraid to take the first step, I would recommend just dropping in and having a chat with the coaches!

I have been training here for more than 7 months total and I enjoy it a lot. They will teach you the correct technique and the best one for your mobility and body. I used to have constant back pain after doing deadlifts or doing heavy back squats but now it doesn't happen. They are very experienced, I have been lifting at different gyms and with many different coaches but coaches here are different (don't mean to belittle other coaches but I felt much better here).
