Our family used another realtor to try to sell our property prior to Fulcrum, and our experience with Fulcrum was excellent. After listing a property for rent, we received an unsolicited text message from Bryan Tate at this office trying get us to sell our property. Apparently their modus operandi is to mine realty websites for rental listings and then spam text the landlords as a means of marketing. We will never work with this company.
My wife and I used Fulcrum to sell our home. Sarah, Liz, Stephen were a GREAT team. Even when there was small hiccups (not their fault) they worked together to get it sold and process everything quickly and efficiently. If you need to sell your home, they are truly AWESOME!!!!!!
