Called Fulcrum and got Kieran (apologies if spelling is wrong) and had a great chat to him where he explained how fulcrum shocks work and abit about the design. He’s very good at what he does and you can tell that just by having a phone conversation with him. Found the parts I needed and put an order through on the phone. Picked up same day from Preston warehouse where I met James and he was great aswell! Asked some questions about suspension and other off-road accessories and he was able to help me out!
