DO NOT GO HERE! The owner of the store tells you all the things you want to hear and makes it seem like his shop can do the work. Look this store up on Google and put in FULCRUM AUTO WISTV. Fulcrum auto was renamed to S3 auto. S3 auto was closed. Many people lost thousands of dollars because the owner mishandled the business. It’s now open under a new name, same family. Personally, I would stay far away as possible, if not, GET A CONTRACT!!
Had car break down with 2 kids in the car stuck on side of the road. I am not very familar with Gilbert but called them to see if they had tow service, they did and was there within a few minutes. Very nice and courteous people to deal with. They diagnosed it within a few days, unfortunately the car was to old to warrant a new transmission in my eyes, but they still bought the car for scrap at a fair price. Wonderful people to deal with, highly recommend.
