I had a wonderful experience with Sara at Fulcrum Spa! She is incredibly delicate and caring, making sure I felt completely comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Her attention to detail and professional touch really set her apart. My skin feels amazing, and the entire visit was so soothing and rejuvenating. Highly recommend booking with Sara!
So, I had a previous experience just over the phone with Fulcrum, but after much consideration decided to give them a try. I couldn’t have been treated better. From Nikki to Sarah and Dr. Hill the professionalism and care that I was met with was outstanding. They made me feel as if they truly cared about my well being and providing me with the best results possible from my procedure. I will be back and will be recommending them to anyone who asks. Their attention to my needs won me over.
Facilities and interior of the clinic are very beautiful and well-decorated. All staff was very professional and friendly - however felt like I was being very upsold on purchasing more units of botox than I originally wanted and am not entirely satisfied with my treatment as I feel like ability to make certain expressions is diminished to an extent past what I am comfortable with. Next time I’ll stick to my guns and more adamantly decline the offer - at least it’s only temporary.
Front staff is professional and friendly, Doc. David is very knowledgeable and attentive. They did a great job on my lower eyes surgery w/fat transfer.
Very happy with the service and results every time! Their beauty in balance is just perfect: only what I need to refresh my face and confidence! But their best asset is their wonderful staff!
