Bad customer service!!! I don’t recommend no one going to her. Didn’t reply to my text prior to rescheduled appointment.When trying to find the studio but couldn’t I called 3 times upon arrival no answer. So when I gave my dad the number she texted him back around 12 saying I had the appointment but didn’t show up then proceeded to say the number I texted from was not the same that texted her but then said she never received my text all lies but hope you never get any more customers!!!!
Rude. All around bad customer service. Please don't waste your time and don't book. You have to wait days to get a text back. Don’t deserve one star
Very unprofessional! I expected my hair appointment today but when I arrived the shop was closed upon several calls they reached me through text to tell me they were on holiday and would return on June 25th. At least post on social media that you’re going on holiday!! They didn’t even offer to reschedule me in. Im so upset and will not be scheduling another appointment ever with this shop.
The original owner is no longer there. She has left shop to mom. There are two new braiders there. The quality is not the same for the price. Stayed in shop over 9 hours and new braider isn’t experienced. I wouldn’t recommend.
Fatima has been my braider for years. She’s such a gentle soul — service is 10/10, salon environment is 10/10 and the skills of each lady in the salon is 10/10. I will always refer her!
