Everything is professional and very clean facilities
I have been a patient at Fukuji and Lum for over a year, but I can no longer recommend them. The quality of care has dropped significantly since Madison and Shane left, to the point where I am no longer making any progress. A major issue is their inability to retain talent and their ongoing scheduling practices. Over my last 30 appointments, they have consistently started 5 to 7 minutes late. Im not given to hyperbole but the services I received here, under the care of Phillip Arca, was unequivocally superb. He is clearly experienced, deeply knowledgeable, with a unique ability to translate technical terms into plain English. He showed great patience (im not the best patient) and happily answered the many questions I was peppering him with. Really am excellent experience all around.
