we ordered the sashimi salad, a few sashimi, lava salmon and yellow tail platter (pictured). I came in starving, and on my first bite I immediately tasted an EXPIRED, MOLDY seaweed salad. It was the worst I've ever tasted and pungent to boost. I pointed this out to the server and he promptly took the dish away, down the hall, and was back in ten seconds to try to convince me that the chef had just done a thorough analysis of the dish (tasted it) and everything was fine (in 10 seconds!). Very nice Japanese restaurant with many sushi and sashimi options. We ordered the sushi and sashimi boat for two, which was enough for three of us. The fish is fresh and tasty. Sushi is flavorful but a bit too much hot peppers.
