HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I contacted this law firm about a potential employee discrimination case about a week ago and not only was the front desk lady “Mara” rude, they treated you like this law firm was too good to serve you. When I initiated contact about a potential case, not only did she not seem to care about the info, she said she would send me a survey to see if I even have a potential case which is totally fine. I contacted this law office in search for a specific civil attorney who would be able to take my case. The front desk individual was completely incompetent and I had to repeat myself at least 5 times to him to give my phone number and email, monotoned and unprofessional. Definitely not elevated and a poor representation for a professional law firm
