We hired Fujitsu to install new elevators at our condo in Bellevue—huge mistake. This has been the most mismanaged project I’ve ever seen. We’re now about a year past the deadline, and work has completely stalled. No one is doing anything, and there’s no end in sight. I wish I could give 0 stars! This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I’m in a wheelchair and I am stuck in my 2nd floor apartment AGAIN!! When they raised their price 5% many owners wanted to change companies, but certain people wanted to stay with Fujitec. What a mistake! In only one year the elevator has broken more than 4 times & then repairs take more than one attempt. Their excuses are not working. Save yourself money, headaches, depression & find another contractor to hire!
The team is disrespectful to the Clint do not ever work with Timothy the guy has some mental issues
An unspecialized staff who is not qualified to work and does not have integrity or ethics. You feel that you are dealing with children
This guy with one of those golf looking hats is flashing his phone camera at cars on the freeway flipping people off. Not a very professional representation of a company. Will advise other cooperate entities in Tukwila not to utilize.
