I join my neighbor, Celeste, in warning all of you to NEVER HIRE this incompetent and dodgy company. We are a mid-sized mixed use condominium building in downtown Bellevue. We hired Fujitsu to install new elevators at our condo in Bellevue—huge mistake. This has been the most mismanaged project I’ve ever seen. We’re now about a year past the deadline, and work has completely stalled. No one is doing anything, and there’s no end in sight. At one point, we were told that the mechanic hurt his foot and no one else could step in. Now, that mechanic has been let go, and still, nothing is happening. I wish I could give 0 stars! This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I’m in a wheelchair and I am stuck in my 2nd floor apartment AGAIN!! When they raised their price 5% many owners wanted to change companies, but certain people wanted to stay with Fujitec. What a mistake! In only one year the elevator has broken more than 4 times & then repairs take more than one attempt. Their excuses are not working. Save yourself money, headaches, depression & find another contractor to hire!
The team is disrespectful to the Clint do not ever work with Timothy the guy has some mental issues
