The door dash orders need some help. I ordered a volcano roll and received no ginger, soy sauce or wasabi. You cannot edit any rolls on doordash to say for example you would like extra ginger. There's also nowhere for you to select that you would like these condiments. The roll was bland without soy sauce and ginger. I also ordered a tuna poke bowl. It came with corn. I have no idea why. Got the ramen and the deep fried dumplings and all of it tasted nasty. The deep fried dumplings were almost burnt and the ramen had a nasty taste to it.
Fresh nigiri, awesome poke and tasty ramen! Service is great too! Do not miss the warm sake if you like the Japanese rice wine! It’s a great place for your dining list 😋
Food is awful. I only ordered a few things because I was worried about quality and that proved correct. I ordered a creamy scallop nigiri and got charged for that, but just got two scallops on a piece of rice. No creaminess, no fish eggs. I tried one with a piece of ginger and the ginger was raw instead of pickled and the texture of the scallops was off-putting. It was absolutely fantastic! We came in at 1p.m on a Wednesday and there wasn't a wait to sit down and eat, we ordered lots to try but our favorite was definitely the Soup Dumplings, and the Hell ramen. If you love chili oil this ramen is for you. Tempura Vancouver roll was delicious! At first we thought the sushi rolls may be pricey but now we see why, they are generous with the portions and the flavors are incredible. We really enjoyed our time here!
