Service was terrible I took my family out to eat 03/08/2025 around 4:30, we got seated and ordered drinks from the bar, 5 waters, 2 sodas and appetizers… we waited and waited and she wasn’t bringing us anything so I had to go to the bar and get our drinks myself…. Finally when she came back she only brought one of the appetizers no waters… my kids were thirsty (it’s been (30 minutes) so I got up and found another waitress and asked for waters which she brought. Was told the wait would be 40-45 mins but i actually waited 80 mins and then when i received a text saying my table was ready they realized they made a mistake and we did not have a seat yet. We waited for another 20 mins for a table and I was only a party of two. Was finally seated after 2 and a half hours and they didn’t have enough cooks, I was told we would have to wait on the other party to finish before we would get served. Horrible experience I will not be returning

To start on a positive note, the bartenders were fantastic—so kind and welcoming, they truly made the long wait at the beginning more bearable. I hate to leave a review that might impact them, but unfortunately, the rest of the experience was unacceptable. We were initially told our wait would be 35 minutes, but we ended up waiting over an hour, even the bartenders were checking in with staff to see what was going on. I guess I wasn’t supposed to get take out. The combination hibachi was on the lower tier of hibachi’s that I have tried. I travel and have visited many Fuji Japanese steakhouses and I always get the combination chicken and shrimp hibachi. There was 7 shrimp and the rest was chicken, no flavor so the additional sauce helped and the rice and vegetables were over cooked or old, mushy. With the addition of an order of crab rangoon’s the order came to $37.40. The order of crab rangoon’s came with 4 small pieces. Not worth the $.
