First time back since their grand opening and I was less than impressed. The chicken katsu used to be my favorite, but what I was served was bland fried chicken on a bed of iceberg lettuce with a side of sauce that tasted like ketchup and mayo. Someone was celebrating their birthday and incredibly loud and generic happy birthday music played over the speakers for the entire restaurant to hear. Does anyone actually like when places do this? Fuji steakhouse new owners saved a local favorite. Sushi is fantastic amazing so yummy Service is very fast and friendly. Hibachi is so fun Hibachi chefs are wonderful so exciting great with family
Horrendous. Not Japanese owned or operated. From the appetizers to sushi, it was all terrible. I hate it when the employees act as if they know Japanese. I am Japanese and I feel embarrassed by what they are serving as "Japanese" cuisine to my guests. Big disappointment! Never going back.
