The food was amazing! Our cook was amazing!
I recently revisited the Fuji Steakhouse in Janesville, WI, just thirty minutes from home. I was anticipating some of that delicious Japanese seafood and, perhaps, some of the more Americanish offerings. I was disappointed. The Japanese fare I ordered was... well... slimy and unappetizing, though the presentation was lovely. What was pleasing to the eye was unappealing to the pallet. The second time, I've been disappointed with my sushi. The picture shows two take out orders, left is a Spider roll, and the right one is California roll. The other picture is a Spider from the menu. I remember getting a plate full from the Spider roll when dining in. Now I get 5 pieces. It happened last time, and I let it go. Might be the last time going there.
