Unfortunately, the food was below average for what I’d expect from a Japanese restaurant in Orlando, especially for the menu prices. The beef tataki was good. The sushi roll had way too much sauce on top and I could barely taste the spicy tuna. Same with the sushi tower, which looked like a tuna tartare, but so much sauce that the texture did not feel right and I couldn’t taste the tuna at all. best sushi place in the entire orlando area!! 🏆
Like many sushi lovers, I was a big fan of the old Lee Road store. I've also tried others, but I always come back to Fuji. It's all about the fish. Not only is their sushi fresh and delicious, but the cuts are way larger than any other sushi restaurant where I've dined. And they have a wonderful variety of sushi as compared to what you'd find in your typical Central FL establishment. Yep, I have to have pun and say, "Fuji Sushi is a cut above!"
