A friend recommended Fuji Sushi Buffet, and we're so glad we gave it a try! The restaurant offers a great variety of sushi, sashimi, appetizers, and hot dishes, so there was something for everyone. The sushi was fresh, and the sashimi was thickly sliced and flavorful. We enjoyed trying different rolls, and everything we sampled tasted fresh and well prepared. By no fault of their own, the power went out on us the day we went! We had a great dinner regardless but it was unfortunate to have the power go out on the entire block. Loved the food, the service and the way the staff kept their heads up even during this time! Great work yall!
Update: 6/2026 ☆☆☆☆ My family and I have visited this AYCE sushi restaurant several times, but unfortunately our last two visits were disappointing. On both occasions, all three of us experienced stomach pain, nausea, and digestive issues about 1–2 hours after eating. I was sick enough to miss a week of work.
