Food was great. The place was freezing inside. My hands actually started to lose color it was so cold. Our waitress was over with the other waitstaff in a group and visibly on her phone while we were waiting for the check. We finished our food and waited at least 15 min for her to arrive with the check. My water had been empty for awhile. Food was good, but service is much better at the Nexton location plus they don't have it cold enough to hang meat there.
The food we got was pretty good but this is the second time our pick up order was close to an hour past the wait time. This resulted in cold hibachi and wam sushi.
Food was amazing, service was even better. Katrina S. needs a little bonus!
Sushi was good, as was calamari! . I got one mixed drink on happy hour, felt a little watery, but that doesn’t need to overshadow the food. Pretty standard all around, no complaints.
This place used to be good. Today we ordered pickup, requested a hibachi entree with extra veggies; Instead we got undercooked chicken without the seasoning or sauce, undercooked chunked veggies without the seasoning or sauce, and they completely forgot the mushrooms included in the dish. The miso was awful. What the heck happened to this place?
