Juleeanne was awesome
We came here for lunch and the service and food were mediocre. The server asked us what went wanted to drink and 5-10 minutes flew by and we had to ask him for them. When we got our bento boxes the only thing that was hot was the spring roll. The fried rice was lukewarm on the inside and hot in the center. The teriyaki steak was warm, the California rolls were lukewarm when they should be colder with it being sushi. I would not recommend this restaurant.
First of all, remember this is Marble Falls Texas, not Austin or Houston where the cosmopolitan experience and noticeable techno music can overwhelm. But when you are jonesing for good sushi, this place fits the bill. The sweet Asian couple that owns and run Fuji really care about your experience and want to provide excellence (in a Marble Falls kind of way). We love it and try to visit weekly.
