I love sushi. I'm a huge fan and at most places I usually I get the cream cheese roll which has cream cheese, crab, cucumber, seaweed, rice, and avocado. Here the cream cheese roll is literally a hunk of cream cheese wrapped in seaweed. Gross! Very disappointing. How is that even sushi?
it does took long to wait but when you get your food you will think the wait was nothing
I was so excited when fuji sushi opened. Went for dinner tonight. There were only 2 other tables with people at them. We were seated and watched the server walk around and talk to the hostess. 15 minutes into waiting for a server, we started talking about leaving. We waited another 5 minutes and then left. I felt waiting 20 + minutes to get a drink was a bit over the top. We finally left after never even having the server say hello. Don't go unless you have a lot of time to waste. Didn't even get a glass of water after twenty minutes of waiting. Horrid experience.
