Authentic Japanese food with fresh sushi sashimi choices. My husband ordered their special Hidagyu (wagyu) bowl while I ordered their special chirashi combo. Both choices were excellent in freshness, presentations and perfect amount of food. I guess we haven't visited Monterey Park often but glad to have stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant. We'll be back! Lastly, the service was great.
I had such a fantastic time at Fuji! The ambience was cozy. We had the omakase set, and I have never had fresher fish in the states. Our chef and servers were kind and lovely people. Definitely recommend!
