Update: I’m leaving my original complaint posted, but I’m updating my rating because I want to extend my sincere appreciation to the manager for her quick response and resolution. Her response time was incredibly impressive, and she also explained the steps she’s taking to prevent this from happening again. Now that’s outstanding management! She’s won us back as customers, and we appreciate her commitment to the quality and efficiency of her business. Thank you! Movin’ on… time to order those hot poppers! For starters… 😉 ... read more
Beautifully decorated and the sushi plating was gorgeous; unfortunately, the raw fish was muted and mushy, it tasted like it was previously frozen. The drink menu looks good, but this is one of those places that doesn't print prices next to drinks, so we didn't order any sake bottles like we usually would.
I had an incredible dining experience at this establishment, I appreciate it that they were able to accommodate a large party and even someone in our party with the wheelchair with no issues whatsoever. The food was absolutely incredible as well as the servers and the establishment seemed very nice and clean. The amount of food that you receive I would say that two people could easily eat off of one order alone. I will be coming back next time I come through Pocatello for sure.
This place was awesome it was so fun and the food was so good definitely coming back in the future.
