Very corrupt. – Absolutely terrible. This place is not legitimately Japanese in any way. I applied as a hostess thinking that it would be a great environment to work in since I know Japanese. Little did I know, the place is run by Chinese with extremely corrupt business practices. Upon my first day of training, I was told to put my social security number in a NOTEBOOK, among those of other Chinese immigrants. Best Hibachi EVER!!! Fun! Delicious! Affordable! – I've been to Fuji several times! Just recently they did a lot of updates! It is now very metro & spunky! The atmosphere is fun and the lunch menu is very affordable! The last time I was there I had Hibachi and the Ohio Roll! It was delicious....and I was stuffed!!! The first time i went to Fuji Japanese steakhouse was great...but then the second time around...i went there for my birthday and ordered a sashimi platter for dinner. When it came out to me, everything looked okay except for the Tuna. Tuna is supposed to be a bright vibrant pinkish red when it's fresh but what i had in front of me was a couple pieces of dry red-brown color raw fish.
