We ordered carry out: two rolls and a hibachi meal. The rainbow roll had fish that was tacky and clearly had been sitting out for days- it was not edible. The hibachi was overcooked like it had been left under the warmer and pretty flavorless. Even the house salad dressing was gross. We have eaten inside the restaurant before and had much better quality. Very disappointed for a fairly expensive meal. Will not be going back!
It's been 20 years, and I came back this time with sons. Food and hospitality are excellent. There's a lot of history for this restaurant, but their quality and care is top notch. You need to try this place if you haven't already. I ordered the Hibachi Calamari, and my sons ordered the Hibachi Steak.
I don't appreciate being lied to by the manager. My husband made a reservation for my birthday dinner more than a month ago. To our surprise, when we arrived, the place was packed and we found out that they "lost" not only our reservation but almost all reservations that had been made during the last several weeks.
