Service was great and we were seated right away.
Been eating here since they opened in 2011..You cannot and will not find a better sushi in Fairbanks! The staff are so fun and pleasant and the menu is incredible
My husband and I moved to Alaska a year ago and fuji has been our go to place, the manger changed to the Amazing male server ( used to be server). They also got a new male sushi chef and the sushi is much better now too, my father is a sushi chef for 20 plus years so im picky with my sushi prep and since the new male sushi chef the prep has tasted better. My husband loves their hibachi, lots of portion! We go at least once a month! Highly recommend!
