These people are kind and joyful!!! I shared that I was recovering from a snowboarding injury on my ankle and the masseuse and the hostess paid extra attention to the area. The hostess went to bring a warm compress from the back room, all with some smiles and laughs. They gave all of us customers some nice little duck keepsakes.
I had the 60min foot reflexology and it was so good! I have plantar fasciitis and i felt so much better have this massage. The staff was so kind especially the lady at the front desk who greeted me and gave me an eye mask. Definitely recommend!
At $50 for an hour, the price is hard to beat but the overall experience was a 6/10 and I won’t be returning. I called ahead and asked about a 3:15pm slot. They told me to come at 3pm instead — then made me wait in the room until 3:15 anyway. What was the point? we were traveling & have been walking all around NYC & wanted to get a relaxing massage. we came to Fuji & got the full body massage and foot massage and it was so amazing. they took the time to understand what we wanted, made sure we were happy during the massage and even after. they were very sweet, did a great job and now we feel very refreshed after our massages. i would recommend this place over and over. we will be back!
Best foot massage I could’ve asked for. This was actually entirely too much customer service than what we paid for. One of the best message experiences I ever had. I refuse to never come back here again. In fact, next month, I HAVE to come back.
