Keep having issue with the lift which reflect the quality of their lift is really bad and it takes ages to have it fixed which reflect they have really poor servicing. We now have to risk ourselves if this company goes bankrupt.
Slowest service - with no urgency. Lift glass is broken - it's been two business days - no contact. Easier for me to call a glassier myself. Definitely going to look into other Elevator contactors.
Never had to climb more stairs in my life since living here. Never known a building with so many lift issues.
Great service and prices. As a long time Owners Corporation Manager it has been fantastic to find a lift company with very reasonable prices and providing excellent service. Highly recommended.
Poor Quality product and after sales service, never have parts in stock , our lifts are constantly out of service. Go KONE or OTIS
