Lift out of order for the second time in a month. We only have one lift in a building with many elderly people who can’t use stairs. How is it possible they don’t have the parts necessary to fix the problem. Would never recommend this company. It’s now day three and still out of order! Still out of order. Now at outrage level. All elevators in the building were down last night, so I called the emergency number. The lady with accent was extremely unprofessional, rude, impatient, and difficult to understand. She wasted my time, showed no understanding of the issue, and incorrectly told me I was not authorised to call — despite our building manager confirming that residents are allowed to contact them. It is so refreshing to have people working with a sense of urgency. We called up to report the elevator not working and the next day at 8am they were there getting it going for us. Special shout out to Sophie for always keeping us updated. Well done
Really horrible service. My building uses this lift and it keeps breaking down almost every day. I called their emergency contact during after hours, they said it’s only call centre, they can only pass the information to the technician, and no ETA since it depends on the technician on the job. I currently cannot physically climb up the stairs so I’m going to wait till it’s fixed (yes, i’m still at the lobby waiting a call back)
I have time to write this review whilst I am stuck in a Fuji lift. What more do I need to say
