Really horrible service. My building uses this lift and it keeps breaking down almost every day. I called their emergency contact during after hours, they said it’s only call centre, they can only pass the information to the technician, and no ETA since it depends on the technician on the job. I currently cannot physically climb up the stairs so I’m going to wait till it’s fixed (yes, i’m still at the lobby waiting a call back)
I have time to write this review whilst I am stuck in a Fuji lift. What more do I need to say
Keep having issue with the lift which reflect the quality of their lift is really bad and it takes ages to have it fixed which reflect they have really poor servicing. We now have to risk ourselves if this company goes bankrupt.
Slowest service - with no urgency. Lift glass is broken - it's been two business days - no contact. Easier for me to call a glassier myself. Definitely going to look into other Elevator contactors.
Never had to climb more stairs in my life since living here. Never known a building with so many lift issues.
