I'm embarrassed to say I didn't know what a bento box was before coming in, but a more sophisticated friend invited me to Fuji and I had my first opportunity to find out. Everything was both fresh and delicious, just the right amount of sauce and flavor. And, of course, the box is ridiculously cute and awesome. It has a long menu with a variety of raw and cooked food. Located at a prime location close to red line MBTA Kendall/MIT station. Great atmosphere for a catch up with friends. Food is ok and you can find something of similar quality at lower price at other places
This review is after ordering Fuji off DoorDash. The food was pretty good actually - I'm a big fan of sushi / maki, and as far is that goes, Fuji is decent for the area. But the portion sizes and price was just a bit crazy to me. The picture on my review is $80 in food after a $5 delivery fee and a $7 tip. 2 rolls, Tamago, and Lobster Rangoon.
