Great experience took care of me very quickly!
My husband and I were excited to be planning our first family weekend at our house in over a year because of the Covid pandemic. Three days before all of our children and grandchildren were due to arrive, our septic system began to back up into our basement. We called Fuhr Excavation and they came the very next day. Just had a new septic system put in at a home we are moving into. So far the system is working well and we are happy with it. The customer service however, leaves a lot to be desired. Wyatt is extremely rude and confrontational on the phone. It took several months to get them out to do the work. We were told several times that the land needed to dry out because the water table was too high. When we finally had dry weather we were told there were 2 customers needing work ahead of our project.
