My wife, who is pregnant, couldn’t risk eating raw food, so she requested that the undercooked waffle be fixed or replaced. However, the staff declined her request, stating that the waffle was intended to be that way. We ended up throwing away the food. Literally throwing away money. Do not recommend.
I can't believe this place is in business with how slow their service is. We waited a full 30 minutes to get a dessert that wasn't very good. My girl threw hers away after only eating about 25% Very expensive, poor service, not well trained, messy counters, overly sweet, really slow service. Go around the corner, way better ice cream and even with a line they work fast!
They don’t have soft serve anymore. But the matcha ice cream is still rich and taste amazing with the red bean filling
