Worse experience ever dealing with a doctor's office and Dr. Lillie in general. Last month I was seen in the ER for a kidney stone and Kenmore Mercey referred me here for follow up. My appointment was supposed to be 2 weeks later but they called to reschedule because the doctor was going Germany and had to wait another 2 weeks for my appointment. Receptionist hung up on me. I have witnesses at catholic health. They sent over my script wrong so they called to fix it. They didn’t send it. We waited and then I called. The receptionist said “we sent it again” EXTREMELY RUDELY AND THEN HUNG ON ON ME. Disgusting 🤢 EDIT: just got off the phone with the lab & they say that the script was never even resent over even though we were told it was. I am lookin for a new urologist as I write this.
