We used to have a good experience with their tech Matt. He apparently is no longer there and we havent been able to get anything fixed since. NOT WORTH IT! And they would not work with me on my bill!!
nate was fantastic ! the service in general was spectacular. he genuinely cared about what he was doing, not just fulfilling another job. additionally, i was shocked that they were able to not only acquire all the parts needed but then fully fix our freezer same day. i cannot recommend this company enough.
