Fugates has always been very prompt and gotten to us quickly anytime we've had a problem. This January was an extremely rough month for us. We had a family health crisis, that left me very mentally and physically and financially drained. It was extremely cold and the temperature in the house kept dropping. I called them at 8:30 am on Saturday and they had a man here real fast. Jody was professional and courteous and had the problem with my furnace diagnosed and fixed in short order. I will definitely use Fugate's again.

Amazing help on a Saturday evening. Willing to help to make sure we had the correct part to DIY our mobile home furnace. Will do business again with him.

I seriously cannot recommend them enough, they’re the only company I call when something goes wrong with our heat or air. We have had them do work on our heating and cooling systems a few times and they installed a furnace at my mom’s house, and every time we’ve called them they’ve been able to come out quickly. They’re so friendly and really fairly priced.

I've been using this company for the last 12 years at my house and my large garage for both heating and cooling systems. They do excellent work in every aspect from installation to follow up services and maintenance. I have referred them to many of my friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.
