Worked with Fuerza and team on my first investment property...out of state investor. So Lisa was very important in the whole buying process. Her company was able to help me from investigating the property to making sure I was able to get tenant improvements done in a timely schedule. Fuerza was able to do upgrades quickly after closing so my out of pocket expenses where minimal during the construction/improvement phase of my investment journey. To this day we are still back and forth on Ohio nuances. :)
