I have had a perfect experience working with Jim & Ashley, at the Fuerstenau-Burkett Agency. I appreciate their personal, professional, detailed service and that when I have a question, I don't have to call a 1-800 # and sit through the annoying "push this button for" prompts. I call their office and a human answers the phone. I highly recommend contacting Jim & Ashley with your insurance questions. After a few years of going with insurance I could find online, I decided to try out a local agency. Not only do Jim and Ashley go above and beyond in finding the right coverage, they also do an excellent job of explaining policy differences. The entire office staff is welcoming and knowledgeable as well! I was able to increase my coverage while decreasing my monthly cost- an easy decision!
