In late June I reached out twice—once by email and once by phone (leaving a voicemail)—to request a consultation for corneal crosshatching I need done. Unfortunately, I never received a response. It’s disappointing, especially since I’ve heard they do excellent work. However, the lack of communication makes me concerned about how future appointments or procedures might be handled. Sharing this in case others are relying on timely replies for care they may need.
I am used to eye doctors who rush through the appointment. Dr. Fuerst is not like that. He listens to your concerns and is never dismissive. He completes additional tests when necessary and always discuss examination and test results with you. I've had glaucoma for about 9 years. This is the first time I've felt comfortable trusting that the physician I am seeing will work to help me retain as much of my vision as possible. I am grateful to have found him and for the services he provides.
