It all started off well enough they had good professional phone etiquette...I tell them I don't want my mower to sit in the yard for weeks as they tell me they are 2 weeks behind so I start a ticket and ask for a call when I'm next...2 weeks go by and no call. Took my mower in for an issue it was having. Brent and his guys made sure I was taken care of. They went above and beyond my expectations and made it right even when they didn't have to. I will definitely be a customer for life and will spread the word to anyone looking for good service or a great equipment.
Amazing customer service and knowledge on their job. Coming from another city because of their reviews and couldn't had been happier. Although we were running late, they worked with us and greeted us professionally and courteous. I explained the issue my mower had and although it was past closing time they never rushed me and were genuine to help. 2 days later I get call saying mower was ready.
