They help you with any of your outdoor equipment.
It all started off well enough they had good professional phone etiquette...I tell them I don't want my mower to sit in the yard for weeks as they tell me they are 2 weeks behind so I start a ticket and ask for a call when I'm next...2 weeks go by and no call. I call them and they can't seem to find my ticket...when they finally do...he comes back and tells me I'm next and to bring it in, so I do...2 more weeks go by and no call so I call and ask about the status of the repair and I'm told I'm next. ~ 2 more weeks and the 60... read more
Took my mower in for an issue it was having. Brent and his guys made sure I was taken care of. They went above and beyond my expectations and made it right even when they didn't have to.
