Great gym. Mean owner.
Super clean, well organized and maintained, very good equipment availability. Check hours on Saturdays/holidays before heading to the gym.
This place is great. It has everything. If you are looking for a place to workout while in Telluride, this is your spot.
This place is an "11 on a 10 scale" - Becca, the owner, clearly understands fitness and equipped the place with everything one needs for a proper workout of any type. I like to do weights using machines and this place is perfect - eg their incline leg press has a mode of loading the two legs separately (I have never seen such a thing), they have a reverse hyperextension machine, etc etc. They have a skier, an assault bike, a concept2 erg - everything you need to adapt to the altitude.
