Super clean, well organized and maintained, very good equipment availability. Check hours on Saturdays/holidays before heading to the gym.
This place is great. It has everything. If you are looking for a place to workout while in Telluride, this is your spot.
This place is an "11 on a 10 scale" - Becca, the owner, clearly understands fitness and equipped the place with everything one needs for a proper workout of any type. I like to do weights using machines and this place is perfect - eg their incline leg press has a mode of loading the two legs separately (I have never seen such a thing), they have a reverse hyperextension machine, etc etc. They have a skier, an assault bike, a concept2 erg - everything you need to adapt to the altitude. This is great gym! It’s very clean, the atmosphere is friendly and helpful, and the equipment is up to date and well maintained. Amanda is an excellent trainer, with more attention to detail and creativity than a lot of physical therapists I’ve seen. I highly recommend it.
