Bought a truck from Fuel Motorsports a few months ago and had a great experience. Brad and Cole were both very helpful, professional, and easy to deal with. We had a couple of issues come up after, and even though they weren’t their fault, they still helped us get everything sorted out. That kind of service really stands out. Good people, great customer service, and I’d definitely go back again.
Honestly this is how all auto dealers should operate… told them I was coming to look at a truck, keys and dealer plates were ready to go. I gave them a fair offer, we shook hands on the deal, it needed a small part replaced and they took care of it. The whole experience with Brad, Cole, and Jeremy was not only extremely efficient, it was extremely pleasant! Zero pressure to finance or buy extended warranty etc. I’ll absolutely be back! Also my kids loved playing with Jeremy’s dog while they waited!
October 4th, I and two of my friends left Abbotsford to go to Chilliwack for a market at the red barn. While enroute a driver motioned to me to pull over. She said my cars brake lights weren't working 😕. After trying a couple of places I ended up at Fuel. The guys couldn't have been nicer and were so helpful. In no time the mechanic was able to find and repair the problem. We were all so grateful. Thank you so much guys!!
My experience with Fuel Motorsports was very favorable. I traveled from Vancouver Island to make the purchase, and of course there were issues with the ferry which resulted in my getting to the shop minutes before their usual closing time. Regardless, they stayed open for me and still let me take as much time as needed to evaluate their vehicle. I don't get it, why would any business/shop, not want the customer to return back for more business? There was a sign near the shop door citing the price for labor per hour. I was charged more than the price mentioned on the sign. Afterwards, I was told that the car was not fixed, and it will need to change a major part, and I that after 2 days, I will get contacted for a quote to repair. I never got that call back, so I went to the car dealership, who fixed the issue, with less than half the price, without changing the part... read more
