I see Dr. Hayley Vanbeek at Fuel Health & Wellness for dry needling, and it’s been such a game changer for me. She always starts with an assessment to figure out exactly what my body needs that day, which makes the treatment feel super personalized. Dry needling has really helped me stay on top of maintenance, keep my muscles loose, and prevent little aches from turning into bigger problems. I love going there for the red light therapy bed. The staff is ULTRA friendly and the befits from the red light therapy could fill the pages of a small novel.
I had a pillow fitted for me at Fuel. I have had severe neck pain not allowing me to sleep and was able to sleep through the night pain free. Thank you!!!! These pillows work because they are measured especially for your body. I highly recommend purchasing one.
