What has happened to this company, they stop answering they're phones, don't return calls or messages, I,m not getting any answers from energy assistance about my application I applied a month ago no help at all, these programs has lost they're concerns for low income people , and bge rates are getting higher and higher, they don't waste any time to receive donations I,m not making any. They haven't helped me in 4-5 years now thanks to my children I,m making small payments.no help for low income people or seniors anymore

Good morning ,Well everyone, I received help from the fuel fund a few years back and I had to continuedly call them and my service was restored . Don't forget it's charity not a bank . BGE bills are raising high we won't be able to live life and the BGE is removing money off the account so look at your bills please . They are scamming us in our community.

I was planning on making a donation to the Fuel Fund of Maryland, but first I wanted to find out some information about the charity. I was surprised to see so many low scores with people stating that after apply for assistance no one contracted them, or the organization didn't hold up the end of the bargain by paying the Fuel Fund portion of the bill. Maybe I should just donate to the Washington fuel fund
