I like the gym, however it is TOO WARM IN HERE! No airflow because it is too warm. Please consider making it a couple degrees cooler! It’s miserable to lift here, the air is so stagnant

I had a terrible experience recently with their billing system and their response to it. They changed apps late Spring. My debit card never changed but they kept claiming they could not charge despite them confirming my number. It racked up several months amount owed that they wanted all at once. In June, I tried to work it out with what I assume was the manager or least an male employee there and got no where. Then they suspended my account and access but still were charging and expecting payment. I was out for most of July... read more

The best gym I’ve ever been to. I’ve had 15+ memberships at a wide variety of different gyms in multiple states, and this one is by far the best. Clean gym, pleasant aesthetic, welcoming community, well-maintained equipment, nice staff, it’s perfect.

My high school daughter recently began working out here. As her dad, I came in with her wanting to watch her for 15 minutes to check her form and make sure she was lifting safely. They would not let me pass the front desk without spending $20 on a day pass even after I explained to them I was not lifting, and I simply wanted to observe her form. Crazy.
