I have been working out at Fuel Fitness Inc sporadically since they opened in January of last year. The trainers and office staff are phenomenal. They send out messages to motivate you and check on you when you haven’t been to the gym in awhile. Rochelle and her staff legitimately care about their clients and their fitness goals. Fuel fitness has a good variety of times for their classes. In addition to the workouts fuel fitness offers delicious meal prep food for sale to keep you on track of your goals.

I signed up to do the August challenge and have been so pleased with my results and the effort put in from the amazing trainers. They are always there to push you and do whatever they can to help you, so you get the best results. I plan on doing future challenges as well. :)

They are dedicated to helping everyone achieve their fitness & weight loss goals and they make it so easy! If you follow their instructions you WILL get to your goal. Every workout is unique and challenging! I can feel every muscle in my body evolving since I joined!
