We are unlike most gyms! Our members are part of our 'Fuel Family, ' where everybody knows your name (sound familiar?!) Join as a stranger and become family immediately. There is NO judgment, only support and encouragement. Our classes are fun, unique, and EVERYONE can do them. We modify for beginners but show advance moves for our veterans. I’ve been going for a few months now. I love so much about this gym!! I am encouraged to go my pace but also push myself, there are different workout EVERYTIME I go which is so crucial for my body to respond to, the trainers are all awesome and the owner took the time out to actually contact me personally about my goals. So happy I started my journey there and I can’t wait to continue!

Love it here. Classes are both challenging and fun, trainers are all encouraging and knowledgeable. I always leave looking forward to the next class.
I've been going to Golden Phoenix for about 2 months now and I love it! Coaches are great and I've met some great people! I would highly recommend this gym!
Super proud to call this place home. When you walk in you feel the friendliness and all your nerves or concerns about gyms vanish.
