Golden Phoenix GRIT has amazing members, classes, and coaches. Every day is something new and challenging, but can be modified as needed. This group is a family and is the best part of my mornings.
Great gym, supportive and knowledgable coaches, and amazing cardio and strength training. After two years of Grit workouts, my bone density has improved. As women age, both strength training and impact are important for bone health. I was hoping to prevent further bone density loss, but instead saw improvements. I highly recommend this gym.
Updated: I spent 1.5yrs here before moving on to another gym. If you’re looking for a CrossFit gym without the CrossFit name and don’t mind rates increasing without any prior notice, then this is the place for you! If CrossFit isn’t your thing and you’re looking for more of a functional training, there are much better places around. I will say, the members are phenomenal as well of the majority of the coaches, the owner is not on site and when issues came up she often didn’t reply, just ignored the members concerns.
