This car wash has the worst customer service on blue mound road. The app lags seriously slow and locked me out and said I already washed for the day and there wasn’t a manager to bypass the system to let me wash for the day. Horrible service. Nothing but a bunch of 16 year olds running it and they do a shitty job cleaning my wheels every time.
Came for a car wash. They stopped it after the rinse before I got to the blowers. After 10 minutes one person realized I was stuck inside and turned activated the track for the car. My car didn’t get dried off or wasn’t offered a rewash. While I go to dry my car I see others leaving the wash getting the blow dry no problem.. Thanks for the convenience
Gotta set up an account for parking and and free parking comes only off your ambest card, what a joke. Next time I'll fill my 270 gallons somewhere else. Lots of nails in the parking lot
I'm going to go ahead and call upon the two individuals who were immensely helpful in my time of need. That would be a Ms. Michelle and a Ms. Aereona.\ from the night shift. I am an UberEats driver and my phone died and I had no way of charging it as budget was tight. These two SUPERSTARS split a charger and a charging port between the two of them so I could continue on my journey without a hiccup.
