I was a current Boston resident fuel ABCD was great 10 years ago now forget it!!! Understaffed rude took me 6 months to get approved this year and numerous visits down the office every time I called or went in person it was always oh we’re behind this year time after time. One time I went there they were talking about what they are ordering for lunch. ABCD use to be a great operation not anymore!!! I live for many years in same building, same apartment and every year they ask me for fuel cost separate or together with condo fee or not. I did not meet more stupid people like them.
I've submitted my paperwork way back in November. Then in February they say I'm missing paperwork. My landlord sent the verification 2x and I uploaded the other documents 2x in line and it still says they weren't reviewed. I spoke with Al wood last week and he said all paperwork was received they just need to review it. ITS APRIL 13TH!!!!.
