The people at the Edelbrock Group, and specifically at Fuel Air Spark Technology (FAST), have zero interest in communicating with their customers after taking money for a part that they have no intention to ship. After spending 2.5 hours on hold waiting unsuccessfully to talk to someone, I later sent 5 emails over a 3 week period and nobody felt it important enough to respond. The software and firmware have so many problems. The tech line is a hour plus wait , this should tell you something. Also even after you speak to someone as in our shops case they are extremely slow to get any information from . Our customer purchased a car with serious running problems ( sight unseen). After new head gaskets, and a 8 stack downdraft installation we opened up the FASTxfi tuning software number 2.05 something ( the latest ) made our changes then started the engine.
