..I absolutely love this place!..It has an awesome atmosphere and is a blast to visit for the young and old alike .....The food is simply amazing...The one downfall to our visit on 4/17/17 was our server...She took forever even to bring us our beverages and messed up our order.....But hell,Even with the mistakes the food was s so worth it !
Excellent coconut shrimp. Loved the Gator Exhibit. Pina Colada was very good, too. Good customer service!
My girlfriend and I went and ate there yesterday our server was great but my food had hair in it. Was highly aggravated bc we spent $56 and I didn't eat because I lost my appetite.
We had an amazing experience. The food was great... Only to be out done by the service. Ala was amazing!!! She was very attentive and on top of everything. Never once did we even have to ask for a refil on our drinks!!! I wish I could remember the hostess' name. She was very friendly and welcoming. She was also very accommodating. Keep it up Fudpuckers... And great job Ala!!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience with my family!

Food was just ok and service wasn't great. Not what I remembered it to be.
First time there, was not croweded. Went about 4:30. Me and my wife have never been, and wanted to try it. Waited a good 30 minutes appetizers which were good. Got the fried alligator. Then waited another 30 minutes to get the food. We both got the hamburgers. I got the fuddpucker burger. Which the fried hamburger. It was dry as a bone no juice and hard to eat.
