Very long wait even considering restrictions for Pandemic. Ignored by bartender along with other families. The Hostess could not have cared less that we were outside for an hour in the heat and couldn't even get a glass of water! We left. We will never go back and frankly, you need to be shut down. I have never in my life experienced such bad service and I've travelled the world!

We are trying our very best to accommodate every guest as quickly as we can. We was told it was a 2 hour wait which actually turned into a 3 hour wait. We was there at 6pm and didn’t get seated until 9pm. You couldn’t wait inside you had to wait outside. Then all my food was burnt, the gumbo was nasty. At this point, I said forget it I didn’t want them to remake anything for me because they knew when they sent it out it was burnt. RecommendedFudpucker’s is an excellent choice for families. Plenty of entertainment for kids and adults. The gator shows are great and kids have the opportunity to feed the gators as well as take a picture with one. There is also an adjacent arcade to pass the time until your table is ready. For the adults the drink menu is excellent and features fun cocktails. The menu has something for everyone and the atmosphere is fun! Put this on your list of places to visit in Destin!
