Food was good it was super busy had to wait an hour and half but we just let the kids play on the play ground.
This was my littles first visit and they loved it! My little guy loved the fun scavenger hunt! He won a free dessert!
General manager, Rich Neal, denied serving us because of a service dog which is illegal A small edit because apparently Fudpuckers doesn’t get it... I don’t care about their smelly alligators. I don’t care. I know service animals cannot be around those smelly alligators. In fact I don’t even want to be around those things so I sure wouldn’t bring my dog around them. Anyways.... I’m definitely not a fan ..
I went to Fudpuckers with a friend who had a service dog. The general manager Rich Neal refused to allow my friend to be seated and served at the restaurant. My friend presented a service card and police stated that it was illegal to deny service, but he refused to serve her it allow her to enter. We will NEVER go to this restaurant! This kind of treatment is unacceptable.
excellent service by far out new favorite place the kids and us adults loved it definitely be back next year while on vacation
