Had a great time, my grandson wants to go back tomorrow, well worth the wait! Pepper was awesome!
The place is just ok. They let people write on everything which really makes the place look dingy and not clean. Food was not bad and our server was nice. the hype about the place makes you think it's amazing and it really wasn't.
We came for the alligators, not necessarily the food. The side salad was fresh and huge, everything else we ordered was good quality and worth the money we spent on dinner. The gator show was excellent, and feeding the gators was so fun for the kids!
I use to be a huge fan of Fudpuckers, but not anymore! We went so my son could see the alligators and play in the arcade. We had to wait for a table for quite a while when there was no line. Finally after being seated I told our waitress how much I missed the fudspud. She proceeds to tell me about a secret menu online that caters to the people they have been going there for a long time and the fudspud was on it. I was so excited! I said that what I want! As a local in Destin, we go to Fudpuckers often. Tonight was the worst visit we have ever had. After waiting for over an hour we were finally seated. Our waitress showed up for our drinks later but after delivery of them it was sometime before she took our food order. After 40 minutes of waiting, she finally realized we had been waiting a long time. Several groups were being served their food who had arrived 10 to 20 minutes after us. I really wish I could give zero stars because that's what I feel it's truly deserves. My 8 year old has been begging to go back here since we arrived in town and we were able to go tonight. Boy! I wish we had gone somewhere else! After we FINALLY were seated, our waitress came and took our drink order. Great afternoon. Great food, drinks and service and great fun. I suggest the bacon wraped shrimp!
The service was terrible. The food was OK, but our main complaint was the staff, they would ignore you when you when spoken too. All in all a horrible experience. Will never go back there.
